The KTM Junior Supercross Challenge 2017 Schedule is Out!

The 2017 FIM World Champion’s KTM Junior Supercross Challenge has announced its schedule. The intermission show of the popular Monster Energy AMA Supercross will run its program between January and May 2017 according to the KTM Motorsport.

A total of 10 venues is in the KMT Motorsport timetable to host the 18th season of the 20017 Junior Supercross Challenge. The event starts with the San Diego Supercross on January 14 and winds up the series with a final round on the 6th of May in Las Vegas.

Outline of the 2017 KTM Junior Supercross Challenge schedule

KTM Junior Supercross Challenge will officially open its doors on the 14th of January 2017 in San Diego. On January 21st the Junior Supercross Challenge is hosted at Anaheim II Supercross before take to the Phoenix Supercross on 28th of the Month. February is scheduled for Dallas Supercross, Minneapolis Supercross and Atlanta Supercross on the 11th, 18th and the 25th day of the month respectively. Toronto Supercross is slotted to hold the KTM Junior Supercross Challenge on March 14 before giving way for the March 18th Indianapolis Supercross challenge. The Junior Supercross Challenge goes to St. Louis Supercross on April 11 and concluded in at Las Vegas Supercross on May 6.

2017 KTM Junior Supercross Challenge Application Deadlines

Entry is now open. Interested applicants must be 7-8 years old and meet the full requirements listed in the official rules. Deadline for the application of the KTM Junior Supercross Challenge depends on the venue. However, KTM has set and an average of one-month application deadline date before each of the scheduled date as posted on the KTM website.

7.     Toronto Supercross – March 4 February 3, 2017
8.     Indianapolis Supercross – March 18 February 17, 2017
9.     St. Louis Supercross – April 1 March 3, 2017
10.  Las Vegas Supercross – May 6 April 7, 2017

15 riders selected at random will have the pleasure to race in identical KTN 50 SX prepared for the KTM Junior Supercross Challenge events and walk all through the day to meet and interact with fans. The riders will also participate in a two-session practice program for the opening ceremony of a three-lap race exhibition in the night.
